- Free delivery is available on all orders above ₹1500.
- A token shipping fee is applicable on orders below ₹1500.
Dispatch & Delivery
- All orders are dispatched through our trusted shipping partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your order’s journey.
Receiving Your Order
- While accepting your delivery, we request you to check the package for any tampering or visible damage.
- In case of any concerns, please share an unboxing video proof with our customer care team so we can assist you promptly.

At INSIA, we ensure that your orders are processed and dispatched at the earliest. Most orders are shipped within 24–48 working hours. We operate on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

Delivery Timelines
Our logistics partners typically deliver orders within 2–3 working days for metro cities and 5–7 working days for non-metro locations, calculated from the time of dispatch.
