How to Request an Exchange
- Report Within 24 Hours
- Any damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please share an unboxing video on our customer care number for verification.
- Eligibility
- We take full responsibility for manufacturing defects.
- Once approved, the product should be returned in its original packaging.
- Products that are used, tampered with, or damaged due to not following care instructions will not be accepted.
- Exchange Only
- Please note, we currently do not offer refunds.
- Approved returns will be eligible for an exchange of the same or similar product (subject to availability).
- Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to us and for the delivery of the exchanged piece

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND
At INSIA, we strive to dispatch your order at the earliest so you can enjoy your accessories without delay. To ensure this, every order goes into quick processing soon after it is placed.
For this reason, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this window, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
REFUND POLICY
At INSIA, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including cancellations. However, for eligible cancellations made within the 24-hour window, we are happy to issue store credit, which can be used towards your future purchases with us.
